The Financial Relationship Specialist (FRS) is responsible for providing superior sales and service to customers by acting as the primary relationship manager for our most profitable client base. They are responsible for maintaining and growing revenue, providing personalized and professional service, and for effectively cross-selling and using a reactive needs based selling approach.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Identifies and provides appropriate financial solutions and utilizes and coordinates Sovereign business partnerships to meet and exceed client needs. 

? Uses sales process skills and techniques to determine customer requirements drawing from the full spectrum of Sovereign?s products and services to produce total integrated financial solutions.

? Takes ownership of customer satisfaction. 

? Possesses a thorough knowledge of traditional banking products, understands various types of securities and is able to qualify applicants for the full array of non-traditional banking products.

? Understands all appropriate policies, procedures, and processes that impact work activities.

 

Qualifications:  Two to four years of sales and relationship management experience.Highly effective verbal and written communication skill. Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent sales and service skills.Relationship management skills.Ability to make independent decisions and to identify, respond and resolve the diverse needs of the customer.  Annuity/Life licensing requirement is strongly recommended within the first six months.
