Financial Trainees

Our search firm has been asked by several client companies in the financial services arena to recruit entry level candidates for positions in different areas of the firms. Jobs may be in trade support, analysis, portfolio management, mid-office operations, sales assistants, accounting, etc.


Candidates must possess a business degree (finance/economics/accounting/etc.) from an accredited four year college obtained in 2005 or 2006. Candidates with liberal arts majors will only be considered if they are graduates of a top tier academic school. MBA's will not be considered for these positions. Applicants must also have interned in a financial services firm.


We are seeking high energy, outgoing individuals up for a challenge. Must be analytical, adaptable to changing requirements and able to assume greater responsibility.


Base salary differs for each of the positions, however, all have complete employee benefits, possible paid overtime or possible bonus.
