Job Description
The individuals in these positions will develop, expand and retain retail client relationships and achieve monthly sale and referral goals.


Primary Responsibilities

develop a daily sales plan
promote, explain and sell all retail banking products
develop new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products and services to customers with an emphasis on establishing profitable client relationships
originate consumer loan applications
ask clients for referrals and defer to appropriate departments
quote rates, terms and fees on all retail products and services
provide product disclosures to clients as required
maintain accurate sales records and review sales results on a regular basis
back up to teller line


Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year sales banking experience and customer service skills required
Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of all financial products and services
L & D license preferred, Series 6 license a plus
