Required Education/Experience:

? 1+ year(s) experience in a customer contact environment.
? 1+ year(s) cash handling experience in a retail environment preferred.

Required Specific Knowledge:
? Understanding of PC/10 key functions.
? Understanding of customer service techniques.
? General/Basic understanding of banking services.

? Good organizational skills.
? Detail oriented.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
