The job consists in : - structuring actively managed guaranteed / protected products
- tendering and negociating the OTC derivatives or guarantee contracts requested by each client
- discussing the best suited wrapper for the client
- participating with support functions to the set up of such vehicle ; project management
- organizing coordination of the operation teams (with the financial engineering team support)
- structuring asymmetric returns based on new sources of alphas : credit + commodities + real estate + hedge funds ?..
- implementing the management process
- making it approved by risk controls and compliance departments
- innovating in finding new businesses, new clients in this activity (in collaboration with sales forces)
- innovating in creating new payouts (in collaboration with the quants)

The job requests strong financial capability in terms of derivatives understanding, risk analysis, product innovation. A minimum experience of 3 years in similar financial activities is requested.
