Funding Specialist

Understand the aspects of a resale or refinance escrow process. Ability to verify receipt of funds, including wires (according to the "good Funds" law. Perform final review of file with Seller/Buyer/Borrower/Broker(s)/Lenders(s), Balance file and perform appropriate audit, perform disbursements. Anticipate issues proactively and resolve accordingly. Provide superior customer service to client base. Take timely action to resolve overdrafts transactionally.

Qualifications
Proven experience providing exceptional customer service to demanding lenders. Experience with nationwide or large regional lenders highly preferred. The successful candidate will also need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep a great attitude throughout. Our lenders should hear your smile through the phone and in every email or other correspondence sent.

Other qualifications include strong written, verbal and technical skills. Experience with origination and settlement products and services beyond title and escrow is a strong plus.
