Head Teller - Grand Bay Branch

Job Description:
Provide excellent customer services and cash handling. Accept DDA deposits, cash checks, accept savings deposits and withdrawals, accept installment loan and charge card payments and make referrals to the direct sales staff. Balance cash items; maintain teller's over/short report. Dual vault control responsibility. Coordinate cash control for the branch. Conducts branch audits. Ability to resolve customer and employee conflicts; acts as the technical expert to teller related functions; maintain the branch's money supply. Coordinates the administrative reporting requirements associated with the teller function. Supervises the teller line (up to 8 tellers). Responsible for coaching and leading teller staff in exceeding sales referral goals.
