Job Description:
Serves as a working head teller in leading the teller staff (up to 8 tellers) in carrying out its function including responsibility for vault control, cash control, branch balancing and administrative reports. Responsible for coaching and leading teller staff in exceeding sales referral goals.

Requirements: Minimum 4 + years teller experience with strong proficiency in customer service interpersonal skills, and accounting with good auditing, organizational and supervisory skills.
Satisfactorily meets all core requirements of career path for teller supervisor. Cash Handling and / or Customer Service experience required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
