I. Basic Purpose/Function: To assist with all MLN hedging and pricing functions while complying with corporate hedge and pricing policies.

II. Job Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Must be a team player while demonstrating accountability and a strong desire to learn and contribute.

2. Responsible for executing trades within authorized trading limits, in a timely and efficient manner to meet the directives of management.

3. Assists with portfolio analysis to ensure proper hedge execution and to protect against unexpected losses.

4. Assists Senior Trader with the formulation of MLN hedging strategies.

5. Responsible for daily pricing, including rate sheet generation as well as loan specific pricing and loan level price exceptions.

6. Develops product and market knowledge, and knowledge of corporate trading philosophy; develops working relationship with internal departments to facilitate coordination of Secondary Marketing functions.

7. Strong PC skills. Programming experience a plus, but not required.

8. Special projects as assigned.

Education: BA/BS degree

Experience/Training: Will train the right candidate, but experience in the Mortgage Industry is a plus. Exposure to products, pricing, and market conditions a plus.

Skills: Computer software: Excel, Access; Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; and ability to perform under designated timeframes.
