Our client is a financially healthy,?growing, locally headquartered commercial banking institution.

We are in search of a dynamic/energetic individual?to?work in conjunction with?the In-House Recruitment Team in creating and implementing recruitment strategies, identifying?potential applicants?and managing candidate databases.

?

Summary of?responsibilities:

--assisting recruiters by searching the internet for passive candidates,

--conducting industry research as well as?keeping?current with market trends and demographics,

--maintaining open jobs postings on the company web site as well as?on approved Internet Sites,

--assisting recruiters with compiling information in regards to hiring needs,

--assisting recruiters with with educating Managers on recruiting options,?

--managing/maintaining applicant databases, and

--developing and executing?candidate sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

--excellent customer service skills,

--excellent organizational skills,

--excellent communications?skills,

--computer-saavy--Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and the Internet,

--ability and willingness to work in a high energy environment.??
