IT Campus Recruiter
An International Bank is seeking an IT Campus Recruiter reporting to the Manager of US campus Recruiting/Analyst Training. Required: Experience coordinating admin ideally within an HR department. 2-3 years of campus recruiting is essential. Basic understanding of IT terminology. Word, Excel, Power Point, strong communications/organization skills, thorough./tenacious, friendly and approachable, detail oriented, uses initiative, and finishes tasks completely. Weekend (especially Saturday) and evening work may be required. Duties: Execute associated analyst recruiting/training programs with the business. Business Relationship &
Communication: Establish/develop relationships & regular communication with: key business sponsors, external career services and student/school organizations, external training vendors, internal HR business partners, front office campus recruiting, accounts, corporate services (for room bookings). Participate in firm wide Campus Recruitment Team meetings, gather information and write articles for interface, sit on the Technical Associate Committee and attend biweekly meetings aimed at opening the channels of communication between the Technical Associate classes and the Recruitment Team, School Activity to market IT Technical Associate and Analyst Apprentice Program: Research dates/confirm annual recruiting events to attend career fairs, targeted presentations. Research dates/confirm diversity specific and non-recruiting events, skills workshops, faculty meetings, Bank sponsored activity. Confirm booking details with school; room reservations, equipment/catering requirements; prepare & send marketing/advertising information-posters, flyers, newsletters, university ads, invites, giveaways. Confirm/ fully brief event volunteers. Deliver targeted IT presentation to show at an event. Arrange staff travel & accommodations. Keep schools apprised of ongoing recruiting needs. Research new/improved ways to market Bank and IT on campus. Managing Student Applications/Interview: Evaluate potential analysts for job offers, screen/reply to applicants advising next steps, answer applicant questions, compose & send reject letter/e-mails as needed, invite to first round interview, second round; organize on-campus first round interviews, book rooms and catering, prepare information/interview packs for interviewers, full brief all involved, organize smooth running of interviews, facilitate offer decisions, confirm which hires to join which areas. Candidate offers & tracking: Raise hiring forms and see these through approval process, keep candidates warm and aware of offer status, extend verbal offers/send written offers, manage acceptance/decline process, reject unsuccessful candidates and provide feedback. Training Program: Organize Orientation day-liaise with management, create guidebook to provide information about program/training, co-work with IT Campus Team and Business School on all training programs, organize analyst training program along with the Business School: core foundation training. 3 weeks, regular follow-up training/development modules, establish format/approach based on leveraging, source/confirm vendors, produce program booklet to include all information. Organize ongoing training program for each college hire intake, and social events, recognize associate milestones, organize board speaker series, Invoicing, Budgeting, Reporting: Process invoices speedily, check for accuracy, liaise with Accounts, include in Accruals, provide input to Program Manager on annual campus budgeting process, manage throughout year, maintain candidate tracking, update IT Campus Recruiting Calendar, provide statistics on recruiting.
