Rosato & Associates, LLC is a well established Executive Search practice with a specific expertise in recruiting Information Technology professionals for an extensive Capital Market client base.  Founded in 1985, our firm?s primary charter is to provide a high caliber, well qualified candidate stream to the most prestigious members of the Wall Street community.

 

We are seeking to identify and retain an integral member of our core recruitment team to assist in the identification and recruitment of technology professionals for a broad array of junior to senior level search assignments.

 

The selected candidate must have the ability to develop creative and unique strategies to source IT talent.  Responsibilities will further entail screening of internally and externally sourced candidates, conduct interviews, and guide/assist the firm?s client managers evaluation of each candidate screened.

 

Outstanding candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ethics and professionalism, proven success in the recruiting industry and an insatiable desire to succeed.  He/She should have demonstrated success in the development of client/candidate relationships over the telephone, posses a strong desire to meet new people and take on new challenges.  Direct experience with the IT Recruitment Industry is a plus.  Bachelors degree is required.
