We are seeking an Implementation Officer in Downtown Manhattan who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of new and existing account product/service implementation projects for North American Cash Management division clients.  You will interface with the product operations and other areas of the Bank to ensure complete and accurate set up as per client requirements.  In addition, you will act as the Bank's representative to the client for the complete cycle of the implementation project and ensure effective hand-off to Client Service upon completion of implementation. 

Responsibilities:

?  Create and manage implementation project plan.

?  Maintain full responsibility for completion and/or follow-up on all project plan tasks.

?  Conduct implementation project kick-off meeting with key stakeholders.

?  Ability to elicit requirements from client, Sales Officer, Product.

?  Management and Operations to ensure identification of all project tasks.

?  Provide standardized status and issue reporting throughout the life of the project.

?  Identify, escalate and resolve issues within appropriate timeframes.

?  Interface with internal and external key stakeholders to effectively manage implementation.

?  Ensure compliance with all BNY policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:

?  Strong project management skills.

?  Ability to manage projects in a matrix environment.

?  Effective organizational and communication skills.

?  Ability to communicate with different levels of management.

?  Knowledge of Cash Management products, e.g., Funds Transfer, ACH, Balance Reporting, Electronic Banking, etc.

?  Experience in managing small to mid-sized projects.

?  Ability to quickly learn new products/services.

?  Motivated, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

?  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products with strong MS Project skills.

?  College degree is required.
