If these skills describe you, we have a GREAT opportunity for you. A leading Banking institution is currently looking for Customer Service Call Center Associates to work at thier Oshkosh location.

 

The job responsiblities include:

1. Receive incoming calls from internal and external customers.

2. Explain/resolve account discrepancies.

3. Guide callers through appropriate processing procedures, problem solving issues, and administrative tasks.

4. Assist in the training of new staff members.

5. Initiate contact to bank branches regarding outstanding issues (including missing mortgage, missing notes, or missing customer affidavit).

6. Explain procedure for resolution when necessary.

7. Keep accurate records of all calls and their status.

8. Make appropriate referrals when needed.

9. Receive cross training to obtain complete knowledge of various areas in order to serve as a back up for branch loan and lease call center group.
