In-Store Financial Consultant

Job Responsibilities: As an In-Store Financial Consultant you will provide superior sales and service of all PNC Bank products to In-Store customers. In-Store Financial Consultants are knowledgeable about the benefits and features of PNC Bank products and will help customers understand the products and select the products which best meet their needs. You must continually work to expand and increase the customer base through product knowledge and proactive selling techniques. You must be able to handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional customer service on a constant basis. In-store Financial Consultants work toward the attainment of individual and overall branch sales and service goals. You will also establish rapport with the customer base and work toward utilization goals by channeling business to appropriate service providers. You must have the ability to recognize selling opportunities, and effectively cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services.

Required Skills: Two years experience banking sales OR retail environment. Demonstrated sales and services experience required. Ability to make goals required. Excellent communication skills; ability to seek-out customer information and new business; ability to build relations with customers; must be extroverted and persuasive; ability to approach customers in the aisles and through cold-calling techniques; handles objections effectively, ability to communicate with co-workers and work in a team environment.
