Installment Loan Sales Representative

Job Description: GENERAL FUNCTION: Under close supervision, receives telephone calls focusing on answering customer inquiries, solving minor problems rating to basic accounts such as DDA, checking and savings. Assesses customer needs and sells appropriate company products and services.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responds professionally to customer service inquiries and problems via telephone. Follows up with customers in a timely manner.


Maintains assigned sales goals while cross-selling multiple products and services.


Maintains statistics while contributing to department abandon rate goal of 1%.


Works closely with other departments in problem resolution.


Accurately enters or confirms customer information into database; initiates and/or completes proper request forms in assisting customers.


Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.


Maintain and develop knowledge of specific service and sales skills in call center.


Perform all duties assigned.
