Job Description:

 

The Associate will provide analytical and other support for client engagements and new business development. Responsibilities include:Advanced financial modeling and analysis Drafting private placement/information memoranda and management presentations Managing due diligence efforts with management teams and investor groups Extensive company and industry due diligence Assisting senior bankers in their preparation for new business development

 

Requirements:

 

Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and capable of operating in a boutique environment with multiple roles and responsibilities.  Requirements include:MBA Significant prior transaction experience in investment banking, preferably in the health care industry Minimum of 2 years of associate-level experienceAttention to detail, excellent analytical, writing and communication skills Strong work ethic
