Investor Reporting. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare detailed investor reporting for US and non-US alternative investment entities and hedge fundsProcess investor subscriptions and redemptions, including the review of the related documents for completeness and compliance with rules and regulationsMonitor investor compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client rules and regulationsRespond to investor and manager questions, inquiries and requests in a professional and timely mannerLiaise with fund managers, banks, brokers, custodians, and industry professionalsSupport the launch of alternative investment entities and hedge funds and the transition and set up of new clients in the internal systems and processesMonitor compliance of funds with regulatory and other relevant requirementsAdhere to all LaSalle/ABN AMRO internal controls and escalate any issuesProvide necessary support to Fund Accounting and Fund Operations, including preparation of investor reports and accompanying exhibitsPerform any such additional duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

 

Requirements:Bachelors degree in businessStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and Fund and investor/transfer agency software, direct experience with Advent Partner preferred4 to 6 years of Financial Service or Investment Industry client/customer service experience, direct experience with alternative investments or hedge funds preferredExperience reviewing the work of team members and/or training of team membersExperience supervising and/or managing team members preferredDetailed oriented, deadline focused and able to multi-task and liaiseWorking knowledge of alternative investment entities and hedge funds a plusKnowledge of and/or experience with CDOs, REITs, ABS, swaps and bank loans preferred
