Item Processing Supervisor – For A Great Financial Institution

Our client, a dynamic banking institution located North of Boston, is searching for top-notch professional to help them in their item processing operation.

 

You will be the successful candidate if you have supervision experience; exceptional attention to detail; and coach?s your team to be the same.  This is a high volume operation.

 

Major Responsibilities include:

?  Motivate employees towards improved productivity and accuracy;

?  Oversee the daily data entry functions in a high volume transaction processing operation;

?  Train new staff and schedule work-flow, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met;

?  Handle personnel administration.

 

As a qualified candidate you will have:

 

?  Strong supervisory skills and leadership qualities;

?  Excellent communication, training, problem solving, flexibility, and interpersonal skills;

?  Familiarity with networking in a Windows 2000 environment, Word/Excel knowledge;

?  2-3 years supervisory experience in Banking Operations, Check and/or Remittance processing in an image environment preferred.

 

You will manage 15 ? 20 people.  The hours of this position will be and 8 hour shift starting at 1 PM or 3 PM.
