DCI, a provider of full-service bank technology and processing solutions to the financial industry for over 40 years, has an opening for an Item Processing Supervisor in our Montebello, CA office.  The duties include supervising the operations of the item processing department such as; scheduling, planning, job set-up execution, balancing and dispatching of all incoming and outgoing checks, as well as ensuring that procedures are current, completed, and made available to the appropriate employees. This position will supervise balance clerks, reader/sorter operators and operations specialists. Requires: high school diploma, 3-4 years experience in item processing, with 1-2 years experience as a lead or senior reader/sorter operator or balance clerk with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. The hours are generally M-F/afternoon/evening, however, flexibility is important to cover workflow. The starting salary is $35,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
