My client is a strong and rapidly growing company who provides investment and wealth management services to High net worth individuals and families. They started up in 2000 and now manage over $2.5B in assets.

Title: Jr. Portfolio Administrator

$45-52K (bonus eligible but not guaranteed)

Responsibilities:
daily pricing of all securities to reflect proper portfolio market values
confirmation and settlement of trades
maintenance of portfolio cash balances based on new additions and withdrawals
reconciliations of internal information against custodial bank statements
handling security reorganizations and corporate actions
preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly reports

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
1-3 years experience as a Portfolio Admin
experience in trade settlement, bank reconciliation and must be a team player
proficient with Advent or Axys (Portia, Checkfree and APL are acceptable)
MS Word and Excel is a plus
