Junior Lending Assistant

The Home Office located in Greenway Plaza is in search for a Junior Lending Assistant for the Construction Lending department.  Responsibilities include providing administrative and secretarial support; processing draw requests and document advances on loans, verifying insurance prior to advances on loans, reading and routing incoming mail, composing and typing routine correspondence, maintaining construction lending file system, greeting scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person, making copies of correspondence, including e-mail and faxes, backup to reception area, preparing reports when needed, and performing other duties/special projects as assigned.

 



Qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years experience in an administrative, support, or business-related function.  A background in banking, mortgage, or accounting industry is preferred.  This position demands solid attention to detail with excellent proofing ability, oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle difficult customers as well as customer resistance; and exceptional organizational skills.
