Old Commonwealth Mortgage, LLC is one of the fastest growing mortgage brokerage firms in the country.  As we expand, we are looking for an additional 25 loan officers to start immediately in this exciting and fast-paced career. You have the potential to earn up to $100,000.00 in your first year.


Job description:

 

?  Originate residential and commercial loans

?  Generate business through ad calls from direct mail and print advertising

?  Obtain mortgage clients with up to 20 fresh leads per day

?  No cold calling



 



Job requirement:

 

There is absolutely NO experience required.  We offer a comprehensive 30 day training program that guides you from the moment you pitch the client till you close the loan.  You can be successful without having any prior mortgage industry experience.

 

We are looking for motivated team players with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.  Basic computer skills are a must.
