The Personal Banker is responsible for providing customers with information and assistance regarding financial services; sells and opens appropriate types of accounts.
Expected to perform all duties of the Personal Banker.Responsible for selling bank products and services and referring customers to the appropriate departments. In addition, must keep abreast of the changes regarding bank services, federal regulations regarding banking issues, procedures and policies as stated in office memorandums and operations manual.
Knowledge equivalent to 2 years of college education or equivalent work experience and/or appropriate knowledge of community banking products.
Good oral and written communication skills.
