Through its direct marketing force and commercial banking division the company solicits equipment intensive businesses for their leasing and financing needs. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working as part of a regional sales team the qualified applicant will:

1. Coordinate with 3 to 6 sales representatives to assemble and submit transactions through the underwriting process ensuring credit files are complete and accurate.
2. Proactively communicate status of underwriting to all interested parties.
3. Process lease and loan documentation efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.
4. Utilize an automated loan-processing system.
5. Maintain files, prepare and track disbursements, prepare reports, and obtain collateral inspections, credit reports and financial information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically requires High School diploma plus 1 to 2 years of equivalent related experience. Bachelor degree is preferred but not required. Financial or consumer lending background with a minimum of 1-year as a Loan Processor preferred. Must be a self starter with excellent organizational skills and posses the ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast pace environment while providing unbeatable customer service.
