Specialist- Responsible for building relationships within the community, which result in the generation/closing of mortgage loans. Cold calling, marketing, building relationship, etc that generate customers who are interested in obtaining a mortgage. Knowledgeable of the Citimortgage product offerings. Communicate cross-selling opportunities within Citigroup where applicable. Knowledge of/ability to communicate with customers on the proper documents needed to process their loan file. Provide documents to the processors and acquire any additional information as directed by the processors and/or underwriters. Work with the processors/ closers and customers to ensure timely closing of the customers loan. 

1 year mortgage sales experience preferred. FHA/ VA and Conventional loan experience is desired. Ability to work independently to secure loans. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and the community. Strategic planning, systems and technology, systems analysis, date center management, LAN administration, spreadsheets and word processing.
