The Community Bank, a regional bank in Southeastern Massachusetts, is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Lending group. The following are the primary responsibilities of the role:

Analyzes loan data on renewal and existing loans, including data provided by credit bureaus, other financial institutions and financial institution files. Provides clear, concise written loan reviews and recommendations for annual review. Maintains, updates and ensures proper documentation of commercial loan portfolio.

Prepares spread sheets, reports, summaries and opinions for Bank Officers and Directors on new, renewing and existing loans. Includes review of covenant compliance and generation of credit rating memorandum.

Monitors current loans and credit lines to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.We are looking for a true team-player that is not afraid to get their hands dirty. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is preferred and three to four years of commercial lending operations experience required.
