Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for various tasks related to the filing room, including day to day filing of loan documents. Must have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and be detail oriented. Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs. and stand all day while performing various duties and bending for filing purposes. Must have excellent custoer service and good communication skills. Ability to know how to file documents properly and retrieve in a timely manner upon request.
Knowledge & Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or 1 to 2 years of equivalent work experience. Must have basic data entry experience and word processing skills. Work hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
