Licensed Financial Sales Consultant II--Branchburg

  REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum two years experience in a financial sales environment. Demonstrated sales and service experience required. Health & Life license as well as 6 and 63 required.

Skills: Demonstrated sales abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional product and procedural knowledge. Strong familiarity with branch banking products, insurance products and (limited) investment products required.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sell PNC Bank products and services to customers to fulfill their financial services needs. Appropriately match PNC Bank products and services to specific customer needs based on proactive selling and profiling techniques. Identify and act upon opportunities to refer customers to PNC Bank specialists from other LOBs who sell specific products that meet the customer's needs. Establish and maintain customer satisfaction as the singular priority in all activities in order to enhance customer relationships. Exhibit proactive sales techniques that lead to increased revenue for the Bank. Understand and utilize alternative delivery techniques and products.

 

Work with Market Manager and/or Branch Manager to maintain and improve customer retention efforts. Must work with Managers to meet business goals defined for the Branch. Aggressively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services. Prospect for additional PNC customers.

Ensure the branch safety and soundness through compliance with internal operating policies/procedures. Understand products and services and have the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers as well as co-workers to gain branch referrals and pipeline.
