Loan Closing Officer

Our client, a professional lending services firm that specializes in making long term loans for a variety of business and commercial purposes seeks a Loan Closing Officer. 

 

Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years Commercial Real Estate Closing Experience requiredKnowledge of Small Business Administration (SBA) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Experience with 7(a) and 504 loan programs strongly preferred

 

Job Responsibilities:Manage the Loan Closing Process including:Documentation management (i.e., file review, closing checklist, change letters, authorizations, other third parties, etc.)Transaction management (i.e., keep loans moving, coordinate with Business Development Officers, borrowers, attorneys, vendors, title companies, etc.)Manage third party relationships, as outlined aboveManage special projects as needed

 

Skills:Proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelKnowledge of T-Soft Software preferredNon-technical skills:Ability to work within a team structureStrong communication skills (both verbal and written)Accuracy/attention to detailInitiativeFlexible attitude
