Responsible for loan delivery to investor and obtaining follow-up documentation to ensure loan sales are completed.



1. Deliver loans to investors via electronic and/or overnight courier for investor review and purchase



2. Maintain file control by keeping accurate records of loan file delivery and return



3. Receives/determines the validity of Investor stipulations. Input stipulations in system and forward to region for resolution.



4. Monitors daily reports to ensure stips are being cleared timely, returned by region, and forwarded to appropriate investor.



5. Performs special projects as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent



Experience/Training:

Basic knowledge of business practices



Skills:

Basic computer skills; strong organizational skills; attention to detail
