Prepares legal documents using computer applications software (Laser Pro), for a variety of consumer, personal, real estate and commercial loan transactions. Prepares legal documents using template word documents developed by legal department. Gathers and compiles required information from various sources to complete standard loan documents. Ensures loan documents are in compliance with established bank, government and legal guidelines. Proofs existing loan documentation for completeness, and addresses deficiencies as appropriate.

Experience Required: Must have 2-3 years experience using Laser Pro or related experience in financial or legal industry.

Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of personal and commercial loan documentation and lending terminology usually acquired through experience or training, is required to prepare legal documents.
Knowledge of Laser Pro lending software is required. Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment with minimal errors.
Strong proof reading skills required to ensure documents are correct.
Communications skills are required to consult with attorneys, relationship managers and other parties regarding loan documentation issues.
