 RETAIL MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER



We are currently seeking a Retail Loan Officer for our Tucson, AZ office.

If you are a motivated loan officer that wants to grow your business with a progressive mortgage team, check us out! Work with quality in-house processing. We have FHA, VA, as well as conventional loans to 4 million. We also have our own NO DOC loan programs and do custom construction loans in-house.

Must have an established referral base and 2 years of sales experience in the Retail Mortgage industry.

REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCE: REQUIRES two (2) year sales experience in the mortgage industry or a related field. Mortgage banking experience preferred.

EDUCATION: Knowledge, skills and mental development equivalent to two years of college or business technical school. Mortgage educational courses; MBA/Compliance.

SKILLS: The following demonstrated competencies are critical to performing the functions of this job: Excellent listening, organizational skills and figure aptitude. Must possess good organizational and interpersonal skills; to include oral and written communication(s). Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must have good working knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines, government regulations and compliance.
