Loan Processing Manager-Corridors - (LB12069)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Central Equity Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily production within the department while providing support, direction, and training to employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates a commitment to support the Brand by practicing the Four Principles and consistently adhering to the Ten Practices on a daily basis.
Monitors department reports on a daily basis to ensure production goals are being met.
Trains, develops, manages, and evaluates department staff. Communicates all Bank and department policies and procedures.
Reviews completed loan files to ensure that appropriate policy requirements are met.
Conducts staff meetings on a regular basis to communicate goals and other information.
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:
Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Prior experience: One year of directly related experience required.
Previous lending experience of one year.
Previous customer service skills needed.
Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Technical Skills:
Computer skills: able to use a PC to produce basic/standard output (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Math/numeric skills: basic arithmetic is required
Listening: even in difficult situations, listens carefully to gain full understanding of complex problems

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY/LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:
This position directly supervises the following positions: Cemtral Processing Staff

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lack of control: must work overtime as necessary to complete workload
Qualified candidate must have excellent problem solving skills and be willing to work over-time
Able to work full time is mandatory.
