Loan Processor

Loan Processor Job description Obtains necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness. Is able to recognize all documents and package for final underwriting. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Qualifications :
1+ year experience preferred.
