REQUIRED SKILLS :
? Candidates must 1 year related mortgage experience
? Basic knowledge of with CALYX software a plus
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Self-motivated and a team player a MUST ! .
? Basic computer skills ( Excel, MS Word, Power point )
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
? Pull credit on newly submitted Pre-Qual requests
? Review new loan packages for proper submitted documentation and pre-review to assist best placement of loan.
? Stack loan packages in proper order for processing / underwriting for submission to investor
? Assist in Maintaining a loan submission and Credit log
? Assist Management in normal processing to close loans.
