JOB HIGHLIGHTS

 

Process and fund real estate and consumer loans. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

 

 

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITIES

 OPERATIONS

Follow all written procedures, federal regulations, and performance standards established to perform the functions of this position. Provide support to the Real Estate and Consumer Loan staff to ensure loan applications are accurately data input in the appropriate core data processing system. Audit the loan file for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting the file for final decision and ensure loans are funded according to Loan Officer or Underwriter?s requirements or instructions. Report any discrepancy between actual duties performed and the written policies and procedures to the manager. Assure proper maintenance, cleanliness and security of work area. Meet each month with your direct supervisor to discuss Performance Plan results.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

 

1. One year of lending experience in a financial institution.

 

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

3. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of detailed work with accuracy.
