Loan Services Manager

Grade 14, 15. Responsible for the effective management of the Support area within Loan Servicing. Manages all production areas that include Closed Loans, Lien Perfection and Trailing Docs, File Room, Insurance and Title Perfection. Also oversees the Support Services team which includes the operational policies, procedures and training related to Loan Services and the Help Desk. Ensures that Supervisors understand and adhere to Enterprise Loan Policy, compliance regulations and department procedures. Manages risk and loss within Loan Services by addressing and preventing any reputation loss of the bank caused by a decline in the customer base; revenue reductions or litigation loss. Ensures that all productions areas maintain a smooth flow in operations to ensure that Centralized and De-centralized loan areas through out the Enterprise are provided with the best possible service in the most accurate, cost effective and efficient manner. Grade 14: Minimum three years experience in loan servicing, loan compliance regulations and loan accounting and 2-years management/supervisory experience, or any combination of related education, training or work. Has a working knowledge of various lending business products and terminology. Demonstrated leadership competencies and the ability to train and develop other staff members. Ability to exercise sound decision-making. Must be PC literate with the ability to adapt to other software programs utilized. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Grade 15: Minimum five years experience in loan servicing, loan compliance regulations and loan accounting and 3-years management/supervisory experience, or any combination of related education, training or work. Has an extensive knowledge of various lending business products and terminology. Demonstrated leadership competencies and the ability to train and develop other staff members. Ability to exercise sound decision-making and handle issues regarding operational, systems or regulatory compliance of a complex nature. Must be PC literate with the ability to adapt to other software programs utilized. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
