Loan Servicing Manager
Job Description: The position of Loan Servicing Manager entails managing past due and foreclosure loan processes, providing guidance and leadership to junior staff, handling customer service calls, payment of quarterly property taxes, processing loan payoff requests, maintenance to banking software, requesting updated financial information and maintaining various reports in Excel. Participate in various servicing projects. The position reports to the AVP of Loan Operations and Administration Department. The position will have interaction with bank customers, loan officers, accounting personnel and county offices such as county register and tax collector.
Job Requirements: Candidate must have between 5 to 10 years of loan servicing management experience. The applicants should be well-organized and detail oriented. They should be able to prioritize their work flow, have a positive "can do" attitude and think "outside of the box". The applicants should feel confident in speaking with customers and be able to find solutions to problematic situations. The applicants should be proficient with Word and Excel applications. The applicant must have strong knowledge in Kirchman D3000 Banking System.
