Responsibilities Include: Performs clerical duties relative to processing HOA payments on standalone PC database platform. Performs extraction and negotiability review. Performs data entry of incoming payments. Balances and reconciles deposits. Performs maintenance on homeowner unit database. Position can be grade 35 or 36 d.o.e. PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF THE MONTH ONLY; 40 HOURS (PLUS POSSIBLE OVERTIME) FOR FIRST TWO WEEKS, THEN TWO WEEKS OFF.
Requirements Include: Ability to perform data entry accurately and quickly and meet established performance and productivity standards. Understand how to determine check negotiability. Excellent personal computer skills required. 10-key by touch. Type at least 40-45 words per minute. Good communication skills and ability to interpret and follow instructions.
Preferred Skills Include: 2-3 years proven experience as a Data Entry Operator with high degree of speed and accuracy. Proven understanding of accounts receivables information.
