? Ensures information capture, processing and reporting for all corporate actions that take place on securities held for our clients' accounts.
? Identifies forthcoming corporate actions and ensures all details are updated during the period between market ? Strong analytical and accounting skills, tax or payroll accounting a plus.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
? Attention to detail and organizational skills. Good interpersonal skills.
? Experience with MS Excel, MBS Expert, MS Access, MS Word, Market Analysis, Mortgage Allocation, SmartStream, Global Custody, Investment Banking, Business Process Reengineering, Brokerage Processing, Financial Reconciliation

 

Ops Support Specialist

? Serves as support to an Operations area including Income, Corporate Actions, Custody, Processing, Settlements, Foreign Exchange, Safekeeping, and Tax ? Experience with Securities and Custody client services
? Securities Operations experience including clearance and settlement with DTC, FED and Euroclear
? Excellent knowledge of trade process, reconciliation, spreadsheets, DTC securities
