The selected individuals will originate residential real estate mortgage loans and provide sales support in an assigned area. In addition to establishing relationships with external referral sources including homebuilders and realtors, you?ll also plan, perform and document all sales call activity and ensure that all new customers are introduced to local KeyCenters. The prime candidates must have 2 years? successful prime mortgage origination experience. Current knowledge of processing systems, industry trends and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines is also required. Inbound and outbound mortgage sales experience preferred.
