Responsibilities Include:Originating/Selling Mortgage Loan Products  Determining Customer Needs & Meet Needs with Appropriate Product Managing and Maintaining High Volume Pipeline Interaction with In-House Sales Management Team, Processors, etc. Provide Potential Customers with Superior Level of Customer Service Keeping Abreast of Developing Trends in Industry

Requirments Include:Minimum of One Year Selling Mortgage Products in the Non-Conforming Market  Proven Sales Skills and Leadership Abilities Self-Motivated Excellent Sales/Interpersonal skills Proven Ability to Supervise other Loan Officers  Strong Oral, Written, Listening & Organizational Skills College Degree Preferred
