My client, a Fortune 100 Investment Bank located in Hopewell, NJ has an immediate opening for a Mail Merge Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and mail merge functions. Knowledge of Siebel will be helpful. Duties will include:

1) Fulfillment of in-house direct mail project (includes using MS Excel & mail merge programs to create labels, stuff & mail);

2) Assist in managing printed materials via online inventory system, including proactively monitoring inventory & ordering reprints, assist with implementing process improvements for online ordering

3) Review, tabulate & log client responses to marketing surveys

4) Direct Mail List Loading - Attach files to Siebel Campaigns

5) Direct Mail List Scrub - Manually review lists of names and addresses for accuracy that are contained in Excel files

The ideal person for this temp assignment is a quick learner with a strong attention to detail; PC knowledge required.

The person does not need to have a Marketing background.

This position pays up to $20/hr. based on experience.
