Requirements for our Management Openings:Bachelor?s degree or equivalent, Minimum of 2+ years' of Bank Management exp., or equivalent. Proven leadership, human relations and interpersonal skills. Strong background in sales and sales management practices. Excellent communications skills. Strong mathematical skills. Demonstrated ability to work within and develop a team environment. Positive attitude, full of energy and a proven commitment to quality customer service. Ability to proactively solicit new business.
