The Manager II-Credit QA/Oversight position is responsible for directing the daily activities of a moderately sized workgroup or department; making recommendations to senior managers on the need to develop, adapt, modify or streamline policies, procedures and systems; contributing to the development of strategic plans at the department level, and monitoring and evaluating departmental effectiveness as well as work-products, deliverables and outcome quality.

 

This position includes the following extensive, specialized knowledge of: analytical methodologies; risk management principles and practices; credit principles and practices; regulatory requirements; banking and financial services products and processes; project management methodologies; technical systems and applications knowledge where applicable to area of assignment; is a key resource for the development and implementation of programs, processes and tools; conduct highly complex analyses and assessments; develop recommendations for senior leaders; make sound decisions that will affect a large workgroup or department; manage multiple and/or large complex projects; and prepare and present complex technical information for a variety of audiences including senior leaders.




Bachelor’s Degree required

Masters degree preferred

o10 years of credit related experience that includes 3-5 years of management experience.
