Market Data Developer - New York

Market Data, Developer, C++, JAVA, UNIX, Fixed Income, Team Leadership, Real Time systems, Distributed systems, Socket Programming, Multithreading, Exchange Connectivity Market Data developer is being recruited by a New York based finance firm. You must have 5yrs+ experience of working on server side development at a senior level within the Market Data environment. You will be proficient in C++ and/or JAVA over UNIX and must have experience of skills such as Exchange Connectivity, Socket Programming and Multithreading. You should have strong Business knowledge of the Fixed Income business. You will work in a technical role where you will be involved in both hands on development and architecture work. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be required to interface extensively between the business and technical communities.
