The Situation
Nevada State Bank is seeking a talented individual who is experienced in financial marketing management and has an established network within the community of Mesquite, Nevada and surrounding communities. This person will establish and retain a strong client base which will be the corner-stone for a new branch in Mesquite, Nevada.

The Position
The Market Manager will build and retain the client base for both commercial and private accounts within the community. This individual will demonstrate leadership through managing client interest for clients current and future needs. The Market Manager will participate in community events and maintain a close network with small business, business developers, commercial and private accounts. Communicates a vision/direction and motivate employees to follow.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in typical banking services within the community. This person will be experience with developing business, finding business and expanding business for the Mesquite branches.
