Job Description
As a Marketing Information Analyst, you will provide information to the branches via monthly reports or incoming requests.  You will also assist in the development of applications to enhance the presentation and utilization of data; assist the department in improving data workflow and processes that benefit the branches; handle branch, Marketing, and other unit requests for data.


Primary Responsibilities

Compile, maintain, and enhance weekly and monthly sales tracking reports for branches
Handle business unit requests for lists and labels (i.e. Top Customer and Annual Privacy mailings)
Assist with the update and maintenance of the Touche Analyzer database
Maintain and enhance the Sales Administration Lotus Notes database by updating the views, forms, and documents as needed
Provide branch support for all sales and marketing reports


Job Requirements

College degree and a minimum of 2 years database management or database marketing experience required
1 to 3 years financial services or banking experience preferred 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Access and Excel) required
Previous MCIF/Touch Analyzer and/or Harland Touche Database experience a definite plus 
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the Bank, including senior level management
