Marketing Research Analyst

As a Marketing Research Analyst with U.S. Bank, you will: Be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business results and market metrics for the FI segment and developing opportunity assessment for each of the involved business lines. Work closely with the FI business line sales, relationship management, and marketing managers to understand their strategies and support their sales objectives. Manage points calculation and file creation for points based incentive program. Manage detailed and summary status reporting for senior management and program participants. Support referral program with new referral distribution, data collection and reporting on sold referrals, and incentive payment approvals. Supports FIS program with adhoc reporting, database management, data quality, and required database updates. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Attention to detail. The ability to multi-task. Excellent oral/written communication skills and strong analytical skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with all levels of personnel within the organization and is self-motivated. The ability to evaluate problems and resolve issues appropriately. High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or SQL. A Bachelor?s degree. 2-3 years position-related experience. Prior financial industry experience helpful, but not required.
